Cancellations Due to Colds/Flu/COVID-19
For those experiencing symptoms related to colds, flu, or COVID-19, we are more than willing to waive the cancellation fee, provided you reschedule within two weeks of your original appointment. We appreciate your cooperation in informing us ahead of your scheduled visit.
Cancellation Charges
Should cancellations occur within 24 hours of your appointment, the following fees will apply:
- Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price
- Less than 12 hours notice: 75% of the service price
- No-shows: 100% of the service price
